Can it scan Chinese-character cards?
Yes. The scanner reads Chinese cards, and the card photo is saved with the contact.
Is the app available in Chinese?
The app and admin portal are in English for now. Our team can set you up and support you in Chinese.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial. Instead, we make a sample card with your company's logo so you can see it first, and you start when you're happy.
What happens when someone leaves mid-year?
Set them to inactive and every contact they collected stays with the company. Their place can go to a new hire for the rest of that subscription year.
Do I need to buy your NFC card?
No, we don't sell NFC cards. Most people share from their phone, Wallet or QR code. If you want a physical card, buy any blank NTAG213, 215 or 216 card and sync it in the app.
Does it work with our existing systems?
Every contact exports to Excel or CSV, which most systems can import. ZERO also has built-in notes, potential ratings and one-tap follow-up.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You can export every contact to Excel. The data belongs to your company.
